Pittsburgh Model 16 Gauge

These powerful performers offer the HVAC industry day-in/day-out service. The 16 gauge Pittsburgh Lock machines have 7 forming stations with 2 forming positions. One position forms the Pittsburgh lock, while an auxiliary or outboard position has the ability of forming 1 of 8 profiles depending on the contractor's needs.

16g Auto Guide Flanger

This power flanger has the "auto-guide" feature, which automatically controls the
forming of a right-angle flange. It will contour and follow any edge, straight or curved. Using the convenient table slot, the operator merely turns up a starting edge, starts the material through the rolls and lets go. A calibrated dial sets the auto-guide for work with radii as small as 3-1/4". Flange height available of 3/8".

Pittsburgh Model 20 Gauge

This 5 station rollformer is ideal for airconditioning Duct manufacturers, plumbers and rainwater goods manufacturers.  This machine processes 1 mm into what is called the small pittsburgh female pocket of 5/16" (8mm) on the inboard station.  On the top of the machine the Autoguide power flanger is mounted for the automatic feeding of straights or radius metal to turn up th 6mm male pittsburgh.

On the auxilliary station you can fit double seam rolls for joining flat sheet (used in tank bottoms, etc.) or drive cleat rolls for forming the female drive cleat for airconditioning duct work.  

Electrics are 3 phase 1hp 415v 50hz, gearbox chain and sprocket drive, dimensions: 1100mm x 600mm x 1200mm, weight 160kg.
