Blanking Lines

Introducing a Low Cost Hi-tech Coil Line to produce notched, beaded and cut to length blanks for HVAC Duct Manufacturers.  This line is the first in a series of Formtek Coil Lines available to the HVAC industry.  This Line is specifically aimed at the smaller fabricators on tight budgets, but can produce 5 tonne of blanks in approximately 3 hours.

 This machine allows the smaller fabricator to take advantage of better pricing for 5 tonne coils of metal, thus reducing space taken up by steel racks and allows you to make duct in 1400mm increments and minimises losses through excess scrap.

Power requirements: 25amp, 3 phase, 415 volts.
