7200 Mobile Insulation Pin Gun Welder
This machine is single phase 30 amp Power Pinner suitable for all Gripnail Pins up to and including 50mm in length in all guages for fasteingin insulation/ductliner to metal.
Its lightweight and extra-long gun lead makes it perfect for shop or field use. The complete system includes the power pack with adjustable timer, lightweight gun with heavy duty weld/control leads, and a heavy-duty ground lead with spring loaded copper alloy clamp.

Power Pinner 7005 RF
One step welding speeds production
The new Power Pinner RF has a special program that allows the operator to continuously fasten weld pins while depressing the foot pedal. The RF will keep welding pins until the operator removes his foot from the pedal. This maximizes speed for the fastest possible pinning operation. Flip a switch and the machine returns to a manual mode for larger pieces of duct work.
The PowerPinner –RF features simple, reliable electronic controls and a high output transformer that will fasten 1/2" to 2" pins to 16-26 gauge sheet metal. Other features include:
- Dependable Electronic Controls - A programmable logic control unit replaces all timers, relays, reed switches and circuit boards.
- Single Weld Control - Just set the machine for the gauge you want, and everything else is automatic.
- Quick Change Welding Tips - Upper and lower tips can be changed in seconds; lower tip is reversible for twice the life.
- Automatic Pin Feed - One feeder bowl for all pin sizes.

Power Pinner Glider 7105 RF
Convenience of a moveable weld head combined with new step welding speeds production!
The new PowerPinner Glider 7105 Rapid Fire has a special program that allows the operator to continuously fasten weld pins while depressing the foot pedal. This option works when the arm is locked in the vertical posistion and the machine is foot pedal activated. The RF will keep welding pins until the operator removes his foot from the pedal. This maximizes speed for the fastest possible pinning operation. Flip a switch and the machine returns to a manual mode for larger pieces of duct work.
The PowerPinner Glider 7105 Rapid Fire features simple, reliable electronic controls and a high output transformer that will fasten 1/2" to 2" pins to 16-26 gauge sheet metal.

Power Point Weld Pins
Power point weld pins save time and money because they perform consistently. Each point is precisely formed to provide optimum electrical resistance and each cap and shank asemly is securely swaged so that pins will feed without jamming, even in older welders. In addition, PowerPoints are shipped in plastic buckets to eleiminate shipping damage. The result is continuous production without the expense of having to clear track jams or refasten where pins did not hold.
